Description

As the Offline Paid Media Lead for Starlink, you will own the strategy, execution, and performance of offline media campaigns across audio, TV, and out-of-home channels to drive brand awareness and high-quality leads. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to define the channel roadmap, create tailored creative messaging, and implement measurement frameworks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, or related fields
  • 3+ years of professional experience in offline media channels (audio, OOH, TV, print) with hands-on negotiation experience
  • Deep understanding of paid media and strong knowledge of the media industry
  • Experience leading media agencies on campaign strategy and execution
  • Proven success in building integrated global marketing campaigns across all offline channels

Responsibilities

  • Own research, planning, budgeting, execution, and optimization of offline media campaigns across audio, video, and out-of-home
  • Partner with product and content teams to develop creative messaging for offline media
  • Lead media agency partners in campaign scoping, media planning, creative execution, and contracting
  • Conduct brand awareness and market research to inform creative strategy and media mix
  • Develop offline media marketing roadmap in priority markets and define local tentpole moments
