You'll design and implement AI features for expense management products using LLMs and multi-agent architectures. You'll build production-ready pipelines, define quality metrics, and ensure security and compliance. This role offers end-to-end ownership and a chance to scale AI adoption in a high-impact fintech environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement AI features in strategic products.
• Build LLM-based solutions for customer support, triage, recommendation, and automation.
• Develop and orchestrate multi-agent architectures for complex tasks.
• Create production ML/AI services, APIs, and monitoring pipelines.
• Define and maintain quality metrics via A/B testing and continuous improvement.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience as a Data Scientist or AI Specialist with production deliveries.
• LLMs applied to product (RAG, fine-tuning, multi-agent with LangGraph).
• Machine Learning foundation (classic models, metrics, validation, monitoring).
• Data tools like Databricks, Python, SQL, Metabase.

• Knowledge of LLM guardrails (policy, PII detection, bias mitigation).
• Experience with TypeScript for AI services and pipelines.
• Participation in communities, talks, open-source contributions, or publications.
