You will own the strategy and roadmap for critical sales tools, partner with cross-functional teams to drive tool adoption and optimization, and manage vendor relationships to ensure sales tooling investments translate into seller efficiency and business outcomes.

Requirements

  • End-to-end experience with complex sales tools
  • Ability to lead transformative initiatives across people, process, and technology
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders across Sales, Revenue Operations, and other functions
  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Data-driven mindset for measuring tool impact and optimization

Responsibilities

  • Own strategy and roadmap for critical sales tools aligned to GTM priorities
  • Partner with Procurement and Finance on tooling renewals and vendor negotiations
  • Lead complex cross-functional initiatives across multiple teams
  • Manage strategic vendor relationships and influence product roadmaps
  • Define and track success metrics for tool adoption and ROI
