Description
You will own the strategy and roadmap for critical sales tools, partner with cross-functional teams to drive tool adoption and optimization, and manage vendor relationships to ensure sales tooling investments translate into seller efficiency and business outcomes.
Requirements
- End-to-end experience with complex sales tools
- Ability to lead transformative initiatives across people, process, and technology
- Experience partnering with senior leaders across Sales, Revenue Operations, and other functions
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Data-driven mindset for measuring tool impact and optimization
Responsibilities
- Own strategy and roadmap for critical sales tools aligned to GTM priorities
- Partner with Procurement and Finance on tooling renewals and vendor negotiations
- Lead complex cross-functional initiatives across multiple teams
- Manage strategic vendor relationships and influence product roadmaps
- Define and track success metrics for tool adoption and ROI
