You'll manage from the editor, not from slides, building prototypes and catching regressions firsthand. This hands-on role blends deep technical knowledge with product strategy to shape the future of Kotlin development.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own product vision for the Kotlin plugin.
• Daily dogfooding of Kotlin plugin in IntelliJ IDEA.
• Maintain reference Kotlin projects and prototypes.
• Define problem statements and success criteria for features.

📋 Requirements

• Professional software development experience in Java or Kotlin.
• 5+ years in technical product management or comparable role.
• Hands-on product mindset, not just reports and meetings.
• Strong communication skills in English.

• Experience developing IntelliJ plugins or using the IntelliJ Platform SDK.
• Built evaluation pipelines or quality measurement systems.
