Description

You will lead a team of Partner Solutions Architects to drive adoption of Anthropic's AI products through system integrators, cloud partners, and technology partners. You'll shape partner strategy, enable partner technical teams, and support high-impact pre-sales engagements.

Requirements

• 7+ years in technical customer-facing or partner-facing roles
• 3+ years managing pre-sales or partner-facing technical teams
• Track record building partnerships with GSIs and/or cloud providers
• Deep understanding of partner-led selling and delivery
• Technical depth in enterprise AI deployments: LLMs, prompt engineering, API integrations

Responsibilities

• Hire, manage, and mentor a team of Partner Solutions Architects
• Co-build partner strategy with GTM leadership and align cross-functional stakeholders
• Enable partner AI practices through training, troubleshooting, and evangelism
• Lead development of joint GenAI solutions and reference architectures
• Own technical portion of partner-led pre-sales engagements
