๐ผ About This Role
You'll own multi-channel retention campaigns across Email, SMS, Push, and In-App for a leading insurance platform serving 8M+ users. You'll design automated customer journeys and drive policy renewal and cross-sell performance. This role offers the chance to shape loyalty strategy in a data-driven, high-growth environment.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage full lifecycle of multi-channel retention campaigns (Email, SMS, Push, In-App).
- Design automated journeys for core segments like Pre-renewal, Cross-sell, Win-back.
- Run A/B tests on subject lines, creative, offers, and timing to optimize conversion.
- Develop cross-sell strategies and manage loyalty reward partnerships.
๐ Requirements
- 2+ years in CRM, Retention Marketing or Digital Campaign Management.
- Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables) and Google Analytics for campaign data analysis.
- Hands-on experience building complex journeys in Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or HubSpot.
- Strong grasp of mobile app ecosystems including Push Notifications and In-App Messaging.
โจ Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Growth framework (AARRR) and retention/referral channels.
- Experience in technology, e-commerce, or high-volume subscription business.
- Knowledge of cross-sell and loyalty program design.
