You'll own multi-channel retention campaigns across Email, SMS, Push, and In-App for a leading insurance platform serving 8M+ users. You'll design automated customer journeys and drive policy renewal and cross-sell performance. This role offers the chance to shape loyalty strategy in a data-driven, high-growth environment.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Manage full lifecycle of multi-channel retention campaigns (Email, SMS, Push, In-App).
  • Design automated journeys for core segments like Pre-renewal, Cross-sell, Win-back.
  • Run A/B tests on subject lines, creative, offers, and timing to optimize conversion.
  • Develop cross-sell strategies and manage loyalty reward partnerships.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2+ years in CRM, Retention Marketing or Digital Campaign Management.
  • Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables) and Google Analytics for campaign data analysis.
  • Hands-on experience building complex journeys in Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or HubSpot.
  • Strong grasp of mobile app ecosystems including Push Notifications and In-App Messaging.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with Growth framework (AARRR) and retention/referral channels.
  • Experience in technology, e-commerce, or high-volume subscription business.
  • Knowledge of cross-sell and loyalty program design.
