🎯 What You'll Do

• Design user flows for acquisition, activation, and retention.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years as a Product Designer in digital products.
• Data-Informed Design mindset to interpret metrics.
• Proficiency in Figma as a design tool.
• Experience in user research with quantitative and qualitative tools.

• Knowledge of AI applied to design or personalization.
• Experience with Mixpanel, Hotjar, or Contentsquare.
