Description

You will transform development at Roblox by designing and scaling our source code search, storage, review, and CI infrastructure, improving developer productivity with new tools and AI integrations, and coordinating major efforts spanning engineering teams.

Requirements

• BS in Computer Science or equivalent with 3+ years work experience
• Owned end-to-end development of a tool or system used by 2000+ engineers
• Deep knowledge of source control and/or CI tools, GitHub Actions experience a plus
• Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and Hashistack
• Fluency in C#, Python, Go, or Java

Responsibilities

• Support, scale, and redefine source code search, storage, review, and CI infrastructure
• Design new local development tools, internal web apps, microservices, and CI workflows
• Coordinate and lead efforts improving productivity and user experience of Source and CI tools
• Integrate AI and cutting-edge tech into engineers' daily workflows
