🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead maintenance team to complete preventive maintenance on schedule.
• Ensure safe work environment and compliance with safety policies.
• Support customer trials, samples, and real-time equipment issues.
• Specify and source cost-effective spare parts and services.

📋 Requirements

• 3–5 years of maintenance supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of safety regulations (LOTO, electrical safety, confined space).
• Preventive maintenance and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Leadership and team development skills.
