💼 About This Role

You'll lead Bigblue's European fulfillment network, overseeing 3PL partners and warehouse operations. You'll own operational KPIs, drive cost optimization, and champion innovation. This role offers exposure to the CEO and leadership team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead European fulfillment network overseeing 3PL partners
• Define and improve operational KPIs (on-time shipping, inventory accuracy)
• Design and implement cost reduction initiatives per order
• Build and manage a team of 20+ Warehouse Managers and Specialists

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in e-commerce fulfillment or logistics
• Proven track record managing 3PL partners and warehouse operations
• Experience managing large, distributed teams across multiple sites
• Strong data-driven mindset with operational KPIs and cost modeling

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with automation, robotics, or process innovation
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus
• Experience in capacity planning or launching new fulfillment sites
