Your work will directly reduce manual effort and operational risk across a leading super app. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable automations and optimize operational workflows.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify automation opportunities in operational workflows
• Develop and monitor RPA bots and AI agents
• Collaborate with Operations, Technology and Product teams
• Ensure delivery of automation projects on time

📋 Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in operational processes or automation
• Experience with RPA platforms like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Power Automate
• Solid understanding of process mapping and automation design
• Advanced/Fluent English

• Experience with AI agents or LLM-based workflows
• Familiarity with SQL or Python
• Previous experience in fintech or financial operations
