You'll be the technical anchor for strategic accounts, ensuring their infrastructure thrives on the Everpure Platform. You'll bridge complex troubleshooting and relationship management as a trusted advisor, transforming disruptions into seamless operations. This role offers the chance to champion customer success within an industry-leading team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as primary technical contact for named accounts
• Lead end-to-end troubleshooting of high-impact cases
• Represent customer needs in engineering reviews
• Mentor junior engineers and create technical documentation

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in customer-facing technical support role
• Expertise in Linux, Windows, VMware, and SAN
• Proficient in Fibre Channel, Ethernet, IP, iSCSI protocols
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority cases and support on-call rotations

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with FlashBlade or similar storage platforms
• Knowledge of enterprise server components (CPU, Chipset, Memory)
• Consultative communication skills with executive leadership
