You'll lead the migration of traditional RPA to intelligent agent-based systems using AWS-native services and LLM orchestration frameworks. You'll design scalable AI-driven workflows that directly impact enterprise efficiency by replacing static automation with adaptive agents.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Migrate existing RPA workflows to AI-driven agent frameworks
• Design and deploy AI agents using LangGraph or similar tools
• Develop agentic workflows on AWS with Lambda, Bedrock, Step Functions
• Integrate automation with enterprise platforms like CRM, ERP, APIs

📋 Requirements

• 5–10 years experience in software or automation engineering
• Strong background in RPA platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism)
• Hands-on experience with AWS services (Bedrock, Lambda, S3, Step Functions)
• Experience building LLM-powered agents or AI-driven systems

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience transitioning from RPA to AI/agent-based automation
• Familiarity with enterprise system integration and secure deployment
• Programming in Python (preferred) or JavaScript
