🎯 What You'll Do

• Create and maintain implementation and deployment guides
• Author detailed integration documentation including APIs and data flows
• Develop AI writing agents and NLP tools for documentation efficiency
• Mentor junior or mid-level technical writers

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience as a technical writer in software or SaaS
• Proven experience documenting complex software systems and integrations
• Proficiency with Confluence, Markdown, or Git-based repositories
• Ability to work during US Business Hours (8AM-5PM ET)
