You'll own complex accounting areas and support the monthly close process for a fast-growing tech company. You'll ensure accurate GAAP reporting, drive process improvements, and leverage AI tools to enhance efficiency. This role offers exposure to technical accounting and senior finance leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and manage complex accounting areas with GAAP compliance
• Drive month-end close including journal entries and reconciliations
• Review work by Staff Accountants and provide coaching
• Support external audits and SOX internal controls

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• GAAP knowledge and financial reporting experience
• SOX/internal controls experience

✨ Nice to Have

• CPA license or progress toward certification
• NetSuite experience preferred
• Experience with AI tools and automation
