Responsibilities
- Lead daily and weekly team meetings and 1:1s focused on skill development and career progression
- Use Gong and Salesforce data to diagnose performance gaps and provide real-time coaching
- Enforce CRM hygiene and track team KPIs to identify trends
- Coach Account Executives through complex PEO and International negotiations
- Guide team in utilizing specialists to maximize conversion rates and shorten sales cycles
