Description
You will manage day-to-day operations for Accounts Receivable and Revenue, ensuring compliance with regulations and accounting standards. You'll lead AR strategy, drive automation and optimization, and partner cross-functionally to resolve issues and improve processes.
Requirements
- Minimum 8-12 years finance operations experience (AP/AR) with management experience
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to fast-paced environment
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Solid ability to present to senior audiences
- Experience in driving process improvement and familiarity with financial controls
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day AR operations ensuring compliance with accounting standards and SOX
- Define and execute global/regional AR strategy aligned with business goals and cash-flow optimization
- Drive standardization, automation, and optimization of invoicing and receivables management
- Own AR performance reporting and KPIs (DSO, CEI, overdue %, dispute aging, bad debt)
- Manage bad-debt provisioning process and lead finance transformation initiatives
