๐ผ About This Role
You'll build and scale OpenAI's enterprise Sales Development organization across Asia Pacific, leading regional pipeline generation and market development. You'll define how OpenAI engages enterprise customers, converting product interest into qualified opportunities. This high-impact leadership role sits at the core of the Enterprise GTM leadership team.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Build and scale APAC SDR organization including hiring and org design.
- Lead and develop front-line SDR managers and teams across key markets.
- Own regional enterprise pipeline generation strategy and opportunity creation.
- Develop localized and vertical-specific SDR motions for APAC markets.
๐ Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, revenue, or GTM leadership.
- Proven experience leading SDR or pipeline generation organizations across APAC.
- Experience managing distributed, multicultural teams across multiple countries and time zones.
- Familiarity with product-led and usage-based GTM motions (PQLs, pilots, expansion).
