You'll serve as a strategic advisor to high-value enterprise customers, helping them achieve measurable outcomes through CreatorIQ's platform. You'll build trusted, multi-threaded relationships and drive long-term adoption and program success.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Lead value realization conversations and align on long-term success goals.
  • Drive platform adoption through customer engagement data analysis.
  • Lead strategic business reviews and roadmap discussions.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives on joint account plans.

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years in a strategic customer-facing role
  • Experience managing Fortune 500 brands
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, GSuite, Zoom, Slack
  • Proven success managing toward KPIs and advocacy metrics

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience in influencer marketing for an agency, brand, or technology
  • Experience with tools like Notion or Jira
