💼 About This Role

You'll oversee Natera's phlebotomy patient service center, acting as both phlebotomist and operations manager to ensure high-quality specimen collection and team coordination. You'll manage daily PSC operations and verify test requisitions to maintain specimen integrity.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Verify test requisitions and resolve discrepancies.
• Obtain blood specimens via venipunctures and finger sticks.
• Maintain specimen integrity and quality control logs.
• Assist with managing phlebotomy equipment and vendors.

📋 Requirements

• 5 years of phlebotomy experience.
• 5+ years high-level customer care experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy Certification (preferred but may be required per state).

• Managing/supervising phlebotomy operations experience.
• BS/BA degree.
• Bilingual language skills.
