Description

You will support the fuselage cockpit assembly builds of the Phantom 3500 business jet, helping to develop manufacturing processes and tooling designs. Your work will involve creating manufacturing bills of material, work instructions, and fabricating composite parts to support production trials.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge in manufacturing engineering and assembly technical areas
• Ability to develop imaginative manufacturing processes or tooling designs
• Experience working under general direction on projects and cross-functional teams
• Disciplined approach to initiating, planning, executing, and closing tasks
• Deliverables reviewed by team leadership and functional management

Responsibilities

• Complete 3DX training and create MBOM, BOP, and work instructions
• Complete composite bonder training and fabricate composite parts
• Assist in developing and executing plans for manufacturing trials
• Learn and execute design for manufacturability (DFM) and producibility analysis
• Identify, report and resolve potential safety and quality hazards/risks
