🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead a team of technical operators building systems and automation for Operations
• Define long-term vision for scalable operational infrastructure
• Drive execution on AI-powered tooling and agentic workflows
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations leaders on critical functions

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years leading Systems, BizOps, or TechOps teams in high-growth environments
• Proven track record of scaling internal systems and operational tooling
• Experience leveraging AI/LLM technologies to automate workflows
• Strong understanding of modern operational tooling ecosystems including Salesforce, Retool, and data infrastructure
