You'll provide technical support for Shopify brands using the Okendo platform, handling onboarding and front-end customization. You'll own the creation of technical support resources and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Install and customize Okendo widgets on Shopify storefronts
• Provide chat and email support during onboarding and maintenance
• Debug front-end issues and perform SEO optimization
• Contribute to internal technical documentation

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in a customer-facing technical support role
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to troubleshoot and debug technical issues
