💼 About This Role

You'll join a team supporting a large Federal agency customer support initiative, answering calls and emails about FHA guidelines. You'll use mortgage industry knowledge to locate answers in a knowledge database and document contacts. This role offers professional growth in a government innovation environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Answer calls and emails from the mortgage lending industry and public.
• Locate answers in a knowledge database using mortgage industry knowledge.
• Follow standard operating procedures for various topics and channels.
• Document all contacts in a database.

📋 Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• 2 years working with FHA loans plus 1 year customer service OR 3 years loan origination with conventional/government loans
• Ability to obtain Public Trust Security clearance
• Navigate multiple computer systems and search tools
