You'll lead the San Francisco Bay Area ride-hail market operations for Waymo, driving cross-functional teams to deliver a safe, reliable autonomous service. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Orchestrate daily/weekly market reviews and business-critical stand-ups
• Champion market readiness and go/no-go reviews for territory expansion
• Oversee depot readiness audits and fleet optimization
• Drive weekly cross-functional syncs with Engineering, Product, and Policy

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or MBA degree plus 10+ years operations management experience
• At least 5 years in a senior leadership role in complex environments
• Proven expertise in P&L ownership and substantial departmental budgets
• Experience managing multi-vendor operations with rigorous standards
