💼 About This Role

You'll support travelers' needs as part of Navan's fast-growing Travel Experience team. You'll resolve issues, communicate effectively, and collaborate with internal teams to clear obstacles for travelers. This role allows you to impact daily operations and product development directly.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide travel support via chat, calls, and emails
• Handle hotel, flight, car, and rail bookings
• Guide customers in self-service on the Navan platform
• Maintain knowledge on suppliers, destinations, and systems

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years as a Travel Consultant covering air, rail, and hotel bookings
• 3+ years with GDS (Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo)
• Fluency in English and French
• Background in contact center or customer-facing roles

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Gmail, Zendesk, Slack, Salesforce
• Flexibility for rotating shifts
• Empathetic and professional communication skills
