Description

You will manage existing major customer accounts, driving incremental value and revenue from Coveo's AI platform. You'll develop strategic account plans, negotiate complex global deals, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and revenue target delivery.

Requirements

  • 8+ years' experience exceeding sales quotas in software/SaaS expanding existing accounts
  • Experience selling innovative technologies (AI, Big Data, Cloud) to major accounts
  • Comfortable selling to C-Suite, CIOs, Senior IT executives
  • Strong strategic account planning approach
  • Fluent in English and German

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute territory plan for existing major customers, owning customer interface
  • Leverage and forge new relationships with CXO level in target accounts
  • Create and maintain account plans aligned to customer business objectives
  • Negotiate and close complex global deals
  • Collaborate with internal teams (customer success, marketing, product, renewals, support) to align strategies
