💼 About This Role

You'll lead the on-air promotions team for Star Maa network, defining show positioning and creative strategy. Your work will drive audience engagement and brand loyalty through impactful Telugu-language campaigns.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conceptualize and direct on-air promos for all content
• Collaborate with content teams to develop creative briefs
• Define and execute channel visual identity through packaging
• Lead and mentor OAP and Graphics teams

📋 Requirements

• 10–12 years in on-air promotions or creative direction
• Proven track record in high-impact campaigns for GEC or regional channels
• Hands-on experience in promo direction and editing
• Prior leadership managing creative and graphics teams

• Graduate degree in Mass Communication or Media
• Deep understanding of Telugu culture and audience sensibilities
