Description

You will serve as a technical point of contact for creators, diagnosing and resolving performance and stability issues in live games. You'll manage high-priority escalations, partner with product and engineering teams during incidents, and build internal tools to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years in game development or interactive experience development
• Bachelor's degree in technical field or equivalent practical experience
• Hands-on experience building on Roblox and/or comparable creator platforms
• Deep understanding of Roblox platform, Roblox Studio, and creator ecosystem
• Proficiency in Lua; familiarity with Python, C#, .NET a plus

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical point of contact for creators, providing hands-on support and best practices
• Diagnose and resolve performance, stability, and scalability issues in live games
• Own and manage high-priority creator escalations, including on-call rotation (weekends/holidays)
• Partner with product and engineering teams to coordinate real-time responses to platform incidents
• Build internal tools and workflow automations (e.g., using Python) to improve team efficiency
