💼 About This Role

You'll join the Finance team to execute end-to-end reinsurance accounting processes, producing accurate account statements and maintaining the sub-ledger. You'll reconcile bordereaux data, coordinate with brokers and reinsurers, and contribute to xLayer adoption for improved workflows. This role offers hands-on exposure to a major transformation program in a mission-driven environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare quarterly, semi-annual, and annual account statements for treaties.
• Reconcile bordereaux data (premiums, claims, commissions) with internal systems.
• Maintain accurate balances for reinsurance payables, receivables, and recoverables.
• Participate in xLayer UAT and provide feedback on accounting workflows.

📋 Requirements

• Solid background in accounting/finance.
• Experience with reconciliations and closing processes.
• Comfort working with technical insurance data.
• Experience with Excel and finance systems.

• Exposure to insurance/reinsurance accounting (treaties, bordereaux).
• Familiarity with audit evidence preparation.
