💼 About This Role

You'll deliver 1:1 play-based ABA therapy to children ages 1-6 using NDBI. Your work will help build trust with families and support their development in a joyful clinic environment. ANNA offers a clear career path with sponsored Master's in ABA and mentorship from BCBAs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver 1:1 therapy to children ages 1-6 using individualized plans by a BCBA
• Use NDBI to make sessions play-based, child-led, and developmentally appropriate
• Collect session data and communicate progress with supervising BCBA
• Build trust with families and welcome caregivers into the work

📋 Requirements

• Available Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Comfortable being physically active: sitting on floor, crawling, running, lifting up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stay within arm's reach of children and respond within 6 seconds

✨ Nice to Have

• Psychology, education, ABA, or related coursework or degree
• Prior experience with kids (daycare, camp counseling, tutoring, babysitting, or ABA)
• Current RBT certification
