🎯 What You'll Do

• Own strategy and P&L for MRO and PD services
• Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts
• Develop go-to-market strategies and pricing models
• Serve as executive sponsor for key enterprise accounts

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in commercial leadership within manufacturing or industrial services
• Proven success in growing service-based revenue and P&L responsibility
• Deep understanding of MRO operations and product development services
• Strong financial and analytical skills in pricing and forecasting
