You'll lead the strategy and roadmap for Distyl's AI platform, powering enterprise AI deployments. You'll translate customer needs into reusable platform capabilities working with engineering and forward-deployed teams. This role offers ownership of high-impact projects across top enterprises in a mission-driven culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own platform vision, roadmap, and prioritization
• Partner with engineering to identify reusable patterns
• Define standardization vs. customization framework
• Drive developer experience and deployment velocity

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years in product management with platform/infrastructure focus
• Experience building AI/ML platforms or LLM systems
• Strong technical fluency to discuss architecture and tradeoffs
• Experience in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with high ownership

• Familiarity with agent frameworks and evaluation systems
• Background in enterprise data integrations
