You'll lead a team of mechanics to ensure efficient daily operations and high-quality repairs for Veo's electric bikes and scooters. Your core impact is maintaining fleet reliability and minimizing downtime. This role offers hands-on leadership in a fast-growing micromobility company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support mechanics in meeting performance metrics and provide training.
• Conduct inventory counts and order spare parts to minimize downtime.
• Perform comprehensive repairs on electric bikes and scooters.
• Log and track maintenance records and maintain warehouse organization.

📋 Requirements

• Mechanical and technical experience, preferably in micromobility.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and stand for entire shift.
• Prior experience leading or mentoring teammates.
