💼 About This Role

You'll design and build AI-assisted capabilities within platform-owned infrastructure and developer tooling at EarnIn. Your core impact will be embedding AI directly into systems that power software delivery, from MCP servers to LLM gateways and agentic workflows. This role splits time between platform engineering and AI engineering, shipping production-grade workflows into existing systems.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build MCP servers exposing platform capabilities for AI agents
• Operationalize LLM-based features with structured prompting and RAG
• Design agentic workflows for incident triage and deployment validation
• Implement LLM gateway and router patterns for cost control and observability

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years in platform, infrastructure, or backend engineering
• Strong coding skills in Python and/or Go
• Deep experience with Kubernetes (EKS), GitOps (Argo CD), and Terraform/Helm
• Hands-on experience building or integrating MCP servers

✨ Nice to Have

• FinOps experience with cloud cost attribution
• Familiarity with LLM gateway/router patterns
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot
