Description

You will lead the end-to-end financial planning process for Product & Technology, partnering with executive leadership to drive strategic decisions and optimize investment in the technology roadmap. Your insights will directly shape the company's growth and innovation in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Requirements

• 15+ years progressive FP&A and strategic finance experience
• Expertise in partnering with Product and Engineering leadership on performance management and quota setting
• Strong deal strategy acumen for multi-year enterprise agreements
• Exceptional modeling skills with Excel, Anaplan, Power BI, and Tableau
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting; MBA/CFA preferred

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end planning process for Product & Technology teams
• Drive annual operating plan, rolling forecasts, and scenario modeling
• Partner with CTO and P&T leaders on headcount and resource allocation
• Design scalable financial planning architecture with systems and automation
• Lead and develop a high-performing global FP&A team
