You'll oversee the Naturium brand's commercial strategy for Specialty retail partners. You'll drive P&L ownership and retail sales growth across multiple categories. This role offers hybrid work with flexible time off and bonus eligibility.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own P&L and budget for Naturium at Specialty stores
• Lead account teams and develop joint business plans
• Manage assortments and optimize inventory across categories
• Drive omni trade marketing plans with brand marketing

📋 Requirements

• 15-20+ years Beauty industry experience
• Direct Specialty store retail experience in Sales/Commercial role
• P&L management experience with budgetary ownership
• Relationship building with key retail stakeholders
