Description

You will perform routine landscape maintenance and light repairs on stormwater systems for commercial properties, including tasks like mowing, debris removal, and operating equipment. Travel to client sites locally and regionally is required, with overnight stays up to 10 days per month.

Requirements

• 1-2+ years of manual labor experience, outdoor preferred
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record
• Must be at least 21 years old (DOT requirement)
• Pass pre-employment background check, MVR check, and drug screening
• Ability to perform physical tasks and work in various weather conditions

Responsibilities

• Routine landscape maintenance and light repairs of stormwater systems
• Mowing, weed-trimming, debris removal, ground maintenance and cleanup
• Light construction and maintenance repairs for client properties
• Operate landscaping and light construction equipment
• Travel regionally using company truck (10 days/month typical)
