🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform technical tax review of all returns and governmental examinations.
• Assume full responsibility for larger tax returns and delegate to preparers.
• Manage tax research projects and client service tasks within budget.
• Supervise tax staff and provide on-the-job training.

📋 Requirements

• 5-7 years public accounting experience with progressive tax complexity.
• Minimum 1 year supervising and directing tax preparers.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting.
• Current and valid CPA license.
