You'll lead a team of applied researchers to productionize prototypes within six months, directly impacting real-world automation. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Define a 24-month research roadmap for automated agent building and optimization.
• Hire, coach, and inspire a team of 10+ applied researchers and interns.
• Publish peer-reviewed papers and secure patents for enterprise AI.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to productionize prototypes.

📋 Requirements

• MS/PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field.
• 5+ years leading applied research teams.
• Hands-on experience with PyTorch or JAX and modern LLM frameworks.
• Strong publication record in top-tier ML venues (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR).
