• Recruit and onboard TikTok creators and affiliates via TikTok platforms
• Build and manage a high-performing affiliate network
• Negotiate commission structures and maintain creator relationships
• Develop creative briefs aligned with TikTok trends
• Launch TikTok Live events, flash sales, and creator-led campaigns

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience managing TikTok Shop or similar social commerce platforms
• Demonstrated success scaling affiliate or influencer marketing programs
• Strong outreach and sales mindset with high-volume communication
• Hands-on experience with TikTok Affiliate Center, Creator Marketplace, and Seller Center
