Description

As a Line Lead, Cosmetics at Carvana, you will manage a team of hourly associates in an Inspection Center to ensure cars are repaired and meet production and quality goals. You'll oversee the movement of vehicles, coach your team, and collaborate with the General Manager to maintain high standards.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Experience using computers
• Valid unrestricted driver's license with clean driving record (last 3 years)
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Demonstrated functional expertise in reconditioning process

Responsibilities

• Manage movement of cars into and out of Inspection Center safely
• Meet or exceed inventory production goals daily, weekly, monthly
• Oversee day-to-day activities of assigned team, identify areas for improvement
• Provide coaching, development, and performance management to team
• Train team using Quality Control standards to complete repairs efficiently
