Description

You will work with a team of developers and engineers to design and build NCATS Notebooks Hub, a cloud-native platform for data analysis and exploration using interactive developer environments and custom dashboards.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Bioinformatics or related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years experience with TypeScript/JavaScript
3+ years experience as a full-stack developer
Experience with Jupyter notebooks and open-source dashboard projects (e.g., Shiny, Streamlit, Solara)

Responsibilities

Design and build cloud-native solutions for data analysis and exploration
Work with full-stack developers, cloud engineers, and subject matter experts
Develop interactive developer environments and dashboarding applications
Utilize modern containerization and container orchestration tools
