Description

As a part-time Seasonal Relocation Assistant, you will support Relocity's Personal Host team during peak months (April-September) by providing hands-on, in-person assistance to relocating employees. Your role involves helping with housing searches, area tours, and local registrations to ensure a smooth transition into the San Francisco Bay Area.

Requirements

  • Legal right to work in the USA
  • At least 5 years residency in San Francisco Bay Area (South Bay/Peninsula preferred)
  • Own reliable 4-door vehicle and valid driver's license
  • Commit to minimum 20 hours/week, including Sundays
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google GSuite, and CRM systems

Responsibilities

  • Provide in-person assistance with housing searches, including short-term summer rentals and property negotiations
  • Help set up DMV, bank accounts, and utilities
  • Conduct customized area tours to acclimate clients
  • Coordinate moving logistics and initial home setup
  • Support Personal Host team with administrative tasks and client reports
