Description
You will drive growth in the NICU market by selling rapid genomic testing to hospital teams. You'll work directly with neonatologists and NICU staff, delivering consultative presentations and building relationships to ensure critically ill newborns get timely genetic insights.
Requirements
- Experience in hospital-based sales or genomics
- Consultative selling skills
- Ability to navigate complex hospital environments
- Willingness to travel ~75% including weekends/evenings
Responsibilities
- Prospect, develop, and close new business with hospital-based NICU teams
- Serve as primary account contact for neonatologists, hospitalists, and NICU clinical staff
- Deliver tailored, consultative sales presentations on rapid genomic testing value
- Collaborate with Regional Sales Director to execute regional sales strategies
