You will own and scale Instnt's broker-led distribution strategy, activating broker partnerships and educating the market. This hands-on, market-facing role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, with real impact on revenue growth.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience working with brokers in specialty insurance markets
- Comfortable representing an emerging insurance platform externally
- Execution-oriented with strategic thinking for scaling broker channel
- Understanding of retail and wholesale broker dynamics
- Experience in or with an MGA environment is a plus
Responsibilities
- Own and execute broker partnership strategy, driving broker-sourced revenue
- Build deep relationships with brokers and distribution partners
- Help brokers understand Instnt's product and market positioning
- Partner with Sales, Underwriting, and Insurance Operations for smooth pipeline execution
- Represent Instnt externally at industry events and broker forums
