You will own and scale Instnt's broker-led distribution strategy, activating broker partnerships and educating the market. This hands-on, market-facing role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, with real impact on revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience working with brokers in specialty insurance markets
  • Comfortable representing an emerging insurance platform externally
  • Execution-oriented with strategic thinking for scaling broker channel
  • Understanding of retail and wholesale broker dynamics
  • Experience in or with an MGA environment is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute broker partnership strategy, driving broker-sourced revenue
  • Build deep relationships with brokers and distribution partners
  • Help brokers understand Instnt's product and market positioning
  • Partner with Sales, Underwriting, and Insurance Operations for smooth pipeline execution
  • Represent Instnt externally at industry events and broker forums
