💼 About This Role

You'll partner with small and mid-sized businesses to solve growth challenges using the ActiveCampaign platform, driving tangible revenue outcomes. You'll combine hunting instinct with a consultative approach to fuel company growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Generate new opportunities through outbound self-sourcing and pipeline management.
  • Act as a consultative partner to align prospects with ActiveCampaign solutions.
  • Communicate product suite value through tailored discovery calls and presentations.
  • Manage sales pipeline from qualification to deal closure.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success for seamless handoffs.

📋 Requirements

  • 1+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in solution-selling (SaaS preferred).
  • Proven consultative sales skills with history of exceeding quotas.
  • Experience with SaaS business models and email marketing/marketing automation.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for presenting complex solutions.

  • Prior experience in email marketing or marketing automation space.
  • Demonstrated coachability and eagerness to learn new sales methodologies.
