You will build and scale the operational infrastructure for a new non-prime installment loan product, partnering with product and operational leaders to develop execution processes for servicing, collections, and back-office operations. This high-impact role involves designing compliant, scalable operations from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Stand up and scale operational infrastructure for new loan product
• Develop day-to-day execution processes for servicing, collections, and back-office
• Partner with Principal Product Manager and operational leaders
• Determine which existing functions are extensible vs. require bespoke solutions
• Ensure product is compliant, scalable, and delivers high-quality customer experience
