You'll lead a team focused on control plane packet processing for a cloud-native connectivity platform, bridging telecom protocols and internet-based systems. Your impact ensures reliable, high-performance connectivity at scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and develop a team of ~6 engineers
• Provide technical direction in control plane packet processing
• Translate engineering priorities into clear plans and manage delivery
• Collaborate with adjacent teams to align on architecture

📋 Requirements

• Leading engineering teams with ownership of performance and delivery
• Solid foundation in networking protocols (TCP/IP, UDP) and telco packet processing (GTP-C, GTP-U)
• Ability to work effectively with Golang-based systems including production code
• Clear communication to align stakeholders and guide decisions

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AWS infrastructure (EKS) and managed services
• Knowledge of distributed systems using Kafka and gRPC
