You'll manage full-cycle recruitment for attorneys and legal support staff at a Top 100 Workplace law firm. You'll partner closely with hiring managers to shape hiring strategy and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.   • Manage full-cycle recruitment for attorneys and support staff.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews assessing legal expertise and fit.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards and networks.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required (HR or related field preferred).
  • 5+ years legal recruiting experience, including attorneys.
  • Prior law firm recruitment experience required.
  • Strong interviewing skills for complex legal backgrounds.

  • Experience recruiting for a plaintiff personal injury firm.
