You'll manage full-cycle recruitment for attorneys and legal support staff at a Top 100 Workplace law firm. You'll partner closely with hiring managers to shape hiring strategy and ensure an exceptional candidate experience. - Manage full-cycle recruitment for attorneys and support staff.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements.
- Conduct in-depth interviews assessing legal expertise and fit.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards and networks.
๐ Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required (HR or related field preferred).
- 5+ years legal recruiting experience, including attorneys.
- Prior law firm recruitment experience required.
- Strong interviewing skills for complex legal backgrounds.
